This full-length track of yoga nidra includes a full rotation through the body parts, sankalpa repetition, experience of opposites and visualisations. Through this guided meditation, your mind enters a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness that allows the body to rest deeply and rejuvenate. Regular practice of yoga nidra reduces stress and anxiety, removes fatigue, supports healing, and fosters a sense of calmness and inner peace. It can also release tensions from the deeper layers of the mind, such as negative or suppressed memories.
